    A patch is available to fix this problem in the Quartus II software version 12.1 SP1. You must apply patch 1.dp6 from the related solution below before applying this patch. Download and install patch 1.dp6p from the appropriate link below:

    This problem is fixed beginning with the Quartus II software version 13.0.
