Error (209014): CONF_DONE pin failed to go high in device 1

    Description

    Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 11.0 and later, this error will be seen during the configuration of Stratix® V devices using the EthernetBlaster or EthernetBlaster II download cables. 

    Resolution

    There is no workaround available for the original EthernetBlaster.

    To workaround this problem in the Quartus® II software version 11.1sp2 using the EthernetBlaster II download cable, download and install patch 2.dp8i, which is available from the links below:

    This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® II software for EthernetBlaster II.
