Why does the 'Number of tags supported' parameter only show up to 64 for non-posted requests in the Intel® Arria® 10 and Intel® Cyclone® 10 GX Avalon®-ST Interface for PCI Express*?

    Description

    The Intel® Arria® 10 and Intel® Cyclone® 10 GX Avalon®-ST Interface for PCI Express* supports up to 64 tags for non-posted requests internally. To get up to 256 tags, you need to check the 'Enable Configuration Bypass (CfgBP)' parameter and implement the tag tracking mechanism in user logic.
