Why does the report_exception command report all paths when the -npaths option is not specified?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software, the report_exception command in the TimeQuest Timing Analyzer reports all paths if you do not give the -npaths option. The correct default behavior is to generate one path when the -npaths option is not specified.

To work around this problem, add -npaths 1 to the command if you intend to report only one path.

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future version of the Quartus II software.
