What is the applicable Vcc voltage for Intel® Arria® 10 -3 speed grade devices?

    Description

    In the Intel® Arria® 10 Device Datasheet version 2018.11.29, note (72) in Table 47 indicates that Intel Arria 10 -3 speed grade devices apply to Vcc= 0.95 V specifications. 

    However, the correct Vcc voltage that can be applied to speed grade -1 and -2 are Vcc = 0.9V or 0.95V, while the correct Vcc that can be used to speed grade -3 is Vcc = 0.9V only.

    The Intel® Arria® 10 Device Datasheet is scheduled to be updated in a future release.
