To program Intel® Stratix® 10 devices using remote JTAG server, should a copy of Intel Quartus® Programmer which supports Intel Stratix 10 devices be installed locally?

  • Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition
  • Intel® Stand-Alone Programmer 10.23 (For Legacy Max+Plus® II Software)
    • BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
    Description

    Yes. When configuring Intel® Stratix® 10 devices using a remote JTAG server, the configuration will use the firmware from the local Intel® Quartus® Prime Programmer.

    Resolution

    Install a suitable version of Intel Quartus® Prime Software or Intel Quartus Stand-Alone Programmer locally.
