Cossacks 3* Has Low Performance on Intel® Arc™Graphics

Framerate in Cossacks 3* is always under 20 FPS no matter what graphics settings are used.
This is a known issue on Intel Arc A-Series GPUs. Check back later.
As a workaround, disable Shadow Maps in the graphics settings to improve framerate.
