Describes an issue with enabling VRR when connecting a VRR capable display through HDMI port.
Description
When connecting a monitor that supports Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) via HDMI the application Intel® Arc™ Control shows it as Not supported.
Resolution
Verify the HDMI input on the Display is HDMI 2.1 standard.
The display must also support VESA Adaptive Sync since this is the VRR supported by Intel Arc A-Series GPUs.
Once you have verified your display supports the standard, contact your display manufacturer.
