Missing Plugin files for NPU device from the OpenVINO™ 2023.3 runtime package:
- npu_driver_compiler_adapter.dll
- openvino_intel_npu_plugin.dll
- npu_level_zero_backend.dll
Resolution
OpenVINO™ 2023.3 latest release files have been updated and now include the openvino_intel_npu_plugin.dll which merges the previous plugin files into a single file.
Download the latest release file version via the OpenVINO™ Runtime archive file for Windows*.
