Description
After a few minutes of clicking 'Check for Updates' on Intel Arc Control, an error appears: "We timed out looking for updates. Intel® Driver and Support Assistant may be offline or having trouble finding the latest drivers. We'll check again in a few minutes."
Resolution
Download driver version 31.0.101.5534 or newer from Download Center.
Perform clean driver installation using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU).
