Troubleshooting LED Lights Stuck ON in Systems with Intel® Desktop Boxed Processor
This content applies to self-build systems with Intel® Boxed Desktop Processors.
Generally, there are four LED debug lights on the motherboard, they are CPU, DRAM, VGA, and BOOT. Most motherboards have these debug lights implemented.
Watch these two videos showing two different LED errors and how to resolve the related issues.
Video 1 (~2 minutes): VGA light stuck.
Add an external graphics card because Intel Processor model ending with the letter F does not have integrated graphics.

Video 2 (1:45 minute): DRAM light Stuck
The memory DIMM could have gone bad or been seated improperly.
It could be that the memory is incompatible with your system or the memory could have been placed in the wrong slot.
Refer to the motherboard vendor for motherboard documentation.
