Troubleshooting steps for Windows 11* lags.
Description
During the start-up of Windows 11*, while opening the menu, right-clicking the taskbar, or going to the settings app for the first time, the operating system lags. Disabling the driver from the device manager, the issue goes away.
Resolution
- Check Graphics card usage on Device Manager. If it is low continue with the next step.

- Update BIOS to the latest version.
- Update Windows to the latest version.
- Reinstall Windows with a clean installation. For steps 4 and 5 guidance, contact Microsoft.
