Troubleshooting steps for Windows 11* lags.

Description

During the start-up of Windows 11*, while opening the menu, right-clicking the taskbar, or going to the settings app for the first time, the operating system lags. Disabling the driver from the device manager, the issue goes away.

Resolution
  1. Check Graphics card usage on Device Manager. If it is low continue with the next step.
  2. Update the graphics driver to the latest version. For guidance How to Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 & Windows 11.
  3. Update BIOS to the latest version.
  4. Update Windows to the latest version.
  5. Reinstall Windows with a clean installation. For steps 4 and 5 guidance, contact Microsoft.
