Description
- Intel® Arc™ RGB Controller doesn't detect the graphics card
- The RGB light bar or fan LEDs do not light up
Resolution
- Uninstall and reinstall the Intel Arc RGB Controller software.
- To uninstall:
- Press the Windows key.
- Click on settings.
- Select Apps and then select Apps & features.
- Search for Intel® Arc™ RGB Controller.
- Click on it and select the option to uninstall.
- To reinstall:
- Visit the Intel® Arc™ RGB Controller page.
- Download and Install the .exe file.
- To uninstall:
- Update the Intel Arc Graphics driver.
- Check that the USB cable is well seated to the graphics card and motherboard.
- Unplug and replug the RGB cable to different USB headers on the motherboard.
- Check all USB headers are enabled in the BIOS.
- Check that the GPU is an Intel Arc A770 Limited Edition card.
- Only Intel Arc A770 Limited Edition cards are supported with the Intel Arc RGB Controller software.
- Try a different PCIe slot for the Intel Arc A770 Limited Edition card on the motherboard.
- Replace the USB cable with a third party USB cable.
- Clear the CMOS on the motherboard.
