  • Unable to see the chips credit on my account in the Intel® Retail Edge Program.
  • Completed the required training in the promotion but chip booster were not credited to the account.
Resolution

To check the chips credited on Intel® Retail Edge account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Intel® Retail Edge Program website.
  2. Click the hamburger menu button (three lines) at the upper-right side of the page.
  3. Under the My Profile category, select My Profile Dashboard.
  4. Scroll down look for Chips Earned (Last 30 Days).

If chips are not found, contact Intel Customer Support for further assistance. You will need to provide the following details: title and screenshot of the course, training, or quiz taken.
