Steps to check chips credit in the Intel® Retail Edge Program
Description
- Unable to see the chips credit on my account in the Intel® Retail Edge Program.
- Completed the required training in the promotion but chip booster were not credited to the account.
Resolution
To check the chips credited on Intel® Retail Edge account, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Intel® Retail Edge Program website.
- Click the hamburger menu button (three lines) at the upper-right side of the page.
- Under the My Profile category, select My Profile Dashboard.
- Scroll down look for Chips Earned (Last 30 Days).
If chips are not found, contact Intel Customer Support for further assistance. You will need to provide the following details: title and screenshot of the course, training, or quiz taken.
