Resolution
Users are sent a link via email to claim the Instant Win prize, which must be claimed within 72 hours. If the user misses the opportunity to claim the prize, the prize may be claimed by an alternate winner.

Instant Win prizes are not available in the Prize Portal and the timeframe to accept the prize cannot be extended.
