Resolution
Check if Windows is fully updated
- In the Windows Search Bar. search for Settings
- At the bottom of the Settings Menu, click Update and Security
- Click Check for Updates to see if the computer is up-to-date
- If there are updates available, download and install them
Update your Graphics Driver
- Check first for the latest graphics driver from your device manufacturer.
- If there is a latest driver from manufacturers website higher than current version of the graphics driver installed, download and install it first. As drivers provided by the manufacturer is customized and designed specifically for a specific unit model.
- If the graphics driver on manufacturers website is lower than the current version of the graphics driver installed proceed to step 2.
