Resolution
Access to Project Athena Web portal requires a Developer Zone Premier account and approval from OEMs such as Acer and ASUS to access their Evo designs. To access the Project Athena Web portal go to this link.
If you do not have Developer Zone Premier account, register at this link.
To access Evo designs found in the portal from OEMs such as Acer and ASUS, contact them directly to request access.
