  1. Run Windows Update.
  2. Update the BIOS to the latest version.
  3. Check and configure the power option settings.
    • Go to Start menu -> search for "Power & Sleep"). 
    • Ensure Screen and Sleep settings are set to your expectations.
  4. Download Intel® NUC Software Studio Service.
  5. Disable "User Presence Detection" refer to the User Guide (page 11).
  6. Go to System Settings, go to Display Settings and uncheck: Change brightness automatically when lighting changes.
  7. If the issue still persists, contact the point of purchase.
