Need to know why Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2630 v3 has low performance compared to Core i5 Processors while using Adobe's during after effects, playback speed, rendering etc.
We cannot directly compare the performance of our Xeon and Core processors because they are in different families and marketing segments.
The Intel® Xeon® processor E5 2600 v3 family provides performance, I/O, and memory capabilities for a wide range of compute-intensive communications while the Core series processors are designed for desktop applications.
Aside from the target segment stated, processor performance also depends on the application. It depends on how it was programmed to maximize multiple cores and features of a processor.
We highly recommend contacting the vendor of your application for more information.
