Description
- Unable to determine how to delete user's Intel® Retail Edge Program account.
- Need to remove account for someone who no longer works for an eligible retailer.
- Need to remove duplicate account in the Intel® Retail Edge Program.
- Need to remove all records of an account from Intel's database.
Resolution
The Intel® Retail Edge account can now be manually deleted from user's end. For instructions, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Intel Retail Edge website.
- At the upper-right side of the page, click the hamburger menu button (three lines).
- Under My Profile category, select Edit Profile.
- Click the Delete My Account button at the bottom of the page.
For requests to remove a duplicate account in the Intel® Retail Edge Program or totally remove an account's records from Intel's system and database, contact Intel Customer Support for assistance and provide the following information:
- Intel Retail Edge Profile/Account
- Reason/Justification for Request
