Customer cannot search non-public documents in RDC website despite being logged-in with Premier access

Resolution

This issue occurred due to a profile API validation issue. For a short time, the service was not able to validate your credentials and your access to search documents has been affected. This issue has been resolved, but if the issue persists, contact Intel Customer Support.
