How to change the email address for Intel® Resource and Documentation Center (RDC) and/or Intel® Developer Zone (Intel® DevZone) Account
- I would like to change my email address due to a server problem with my previous domain that prevents me from receiving verification emails.
- I cannot access the Resource and Documentation Center using my new email domain.
External users must be registered for the Intel® Developer Zone (Intel® DevZone) Account.
The email address of the users are tied to the user account credentials. This can only be updated by the Intel team to retain the existing access associated with the email. Users are not advised to manually change email as the existing access will be removed by the system.
Contact Intel Customer Support and provide the following information to facilitate the request:
- Old email address
- New email address
- Reason for request
