Description
- I do not know how to submit a ticket.
- I could not submit a ticket to the website.
Resolution
Follow the steps below to create or submit a ticket:
- Create a ticket.
- Click Request Support as shown in the screenshot below.
- Go to the How would like to find your product or services? as shown below.
- Click Choose from a list. If you need help with any programs related inquiries, click Programs.
- Click any program you need assistance with and provide a brief description of the issue.
