How to Reject Leads in Intel® Partner Showcase

Description

Need to reject lead since it is no longer viable.

Resolution

Eligible Partner Contact Roles:

  • Partner Admin
  • Partner Admin Delegate
  • Employee with Lead Development Representative entitlement/access

Follow the steps below to reject a Lead:

  1. Log in to the Partner Lead Portal.
  2. Click on the Lead Name to view the Lead details.
  3. On the upper right corner, click the reject button.

  4. A pop-up will show to choose your Reason for rejection and rejection comments.
  5. Click Save button.

Once you have rejected the Lead, the Lead State will show as Terminated and will no longer be visible on the list of Leads.
