How to Resolve Basic Input/Output System (BIOS) BMC User Configuration Section Showing Up Empty

IP Configuration Settings are not showing, so configuring the BMC is not possible.

Clear the system event logs and load the BIOS default settings as follows:

1. Reboot the server into the BIOS by pressing <F2> during the boot process.  If needed, refer to your board BIOS Setup Utility User Guide.
2. Once there, proceed as follows:
   1. Enable the Clear System Event Log (SEL) option, which is located in the Server Management menu.

      Note	Loading the BIOS default settings is recommended as extra step based on the particular scenario being troubleshot. This is done by simply hitting the F9 key; however, before proceeding, it is suggested to save any customized BIOS setting(s) which you can restore later on after troubleshooting.

   2. Finally, press <F10> to save the changes and reboot the system.

If the issue persists, replace the motherboard and install the latest BIOS version.
