Unable to Find Relevant Results When Searching for Documents in the Resource and Documentation Center

  • Unable to find specific BKC (Best Known Configuration) documents in the Resource and Documentation Center
  • Unable to find relevant documents of Alder lake Sightings in the Resource and Documentation Center
  • Unable to find relevant documents relating to Alder Lake-P MOW
  • No results showing when searching for documents using document numbers

Resolution

Requirements

External customer must have a Basic or Privileged account to access and browse more RDC documents. You may visit How Do I Request an Intel Resource & Design Center (RDC) Account? for more information about the accounts.

Instructions

To find relevant documents for the content you are looking for in the RDC site, follow the steps below:

  1. On the landing page, navigate the tabs located on the left part of the website.

  2. Click the appropriate collections on the middle.

  3. Enter the keyword in the search field located at the upper-left side of the collections.

  4. Check the box to filter the results to get the relevant documents. (This applies to all filter types.)

  5. Look for the desired documents on the results displayed.
