Resolution
Note

If you encounter an issue, it may be necessary to export additional logs from the drive.

  1. Open the operating system command line interface:
    • [Windows*] Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
      1. Click Windows menu.
      2. Type command prompt.
      3. Click Run as administrator.
    • [Linux*] Open Terminal with root privileges.
      1. Press CTRL+ALT+T.
      2. Type sudo su
        • Ensure the command line interface begins with # and not $, as this indicates user has root privileges.
  2. Type the following: intelmas dump -nlog -intelssd <ssd_index> for nlog.
    • See instructions above under Identify and display drive information for details on how to identify the drive index: <ssd_index>.
    • For more detailed system logs run the following command before pulling the logs: intelmas set -system EnableLog=true.
  3. Locate the nlog binary file and TDKI.log in the Intel® Memory and Storage Tool folder, typically found under Program Files\Intel.
