If you encounter an issue, it may be necessary to export additional logs from the drive.
- Open the operating system command line interface:
- [Windows*] Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
- Click Windows menu.
- Type command prompt.
- Click Run as administrator.
- [Linux*] Open Terminal with root privileges.
- Press CTRL+ALT+T.
- Type sudo su
- Ensure the command line interface begins with # and not $, as this indicates user has root privileges.
- [Windows*] Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
- Type the following: intelmas dump -nlog -intelssd <ssd_index> for nlog.
- See instructions above under Identify and display drive information for details on how to identify the drive index: <ssd_index>.
- For more detailed system logs run the following command before pulling the logs: intelmas set -system EnableLog=true.
- Locate the nlog binary file and TDKI.log in the Intel® Memory and Storage Tool folder, typically found under Program Files\Intel.
