Description
Received error message The username or password you entered was invalid when trying to log in to the My Intel website.
Resolution
- Use the correct username and password.
- For a forgotten username, follow the steps below:
- Go to Forgot Username page.
- Enter the email address and finish the captcha (I'm Not A Robot).
- Wait for the email with the subject Intel User ID recovery notification for your registered username. Check your email, spam, and junk folders.
- If no email is received, contact customer support.
- For a forgotten or expired password, go to Reset Password for My Intel account.
