Troubleshooting steps on how to solve screen record error.
Unable to screen record using the Intel® Graphics Command Center. Attempting to do so results in zero-length files
- Make sure to have all permissions enabled (read, write and execute) to the directory that these recordings are going to save
- Uninstall the Intel® Graphics Command Center center:
- Press the Windows key and type Apps & Features
- Search for the Intel® Graphics Command Center on the list of apps installed on the system
- Select it and click uninstall app
- After these steps were done, perform a Clean Installation of Intel® Graphics Drivers in Windows*
In case none of these steps work, contact the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) / developer team of the virtualization tool used for further recommendations.
