Description
Intel® SGX cannot be enabled due to unsupported hardware error reported in M50CYP Server System after trying to enable Intel® SGX option in BIOS.
Resolution
All Channel 0 of each memory controller should be populated (8 DIMMS per socket at least). Once the memory population rule is confirmed, check if the below options are set correctly in BIOS:
- TME - Enabled
- UMA Based Clustering - Disabled
- Memory ECC - Enabled
- Patrol Scrub - Disable
- Mirroring - Disable
