Need to understand why lead notification received is from a customer based in another country or region.
The Intel® Solutions Marketplace is a global tool, and if your company has a presence in multiple countries you could receive leads from customers in any of those regions.
Currently, the tool provides notifications to all Partner Admins for new leads. It's not possible to filter lead notifications to a single country.
However, when you log in to the Leads portal you can filter the list to see the country where the lead originated.
If you require additional assistance, contact Intel Customer Support and provide the following information for faster assistance::
- Email address
- Account Number or other account settings
- Issue
- Screenshot of the email received
