Different Steps to open and view the "Messages" section from Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA)
If for some reason the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) shows a notification for the Messages section but when clicking the notification, it's is not showing anything, please try these steps below to resolve.
- Try reloading the page by clicking SHIFT + F5 buttons.
If this doesn't resolve you can then try the following steps:
- Clear the browser cache and close the browser.
- Try rescanning Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA), ensuring browser being used is Firefox, Chrome, or Edge Legacy.
