How to View the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) “Messages” Alert

Description

If for some reason the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) shows a notification for the Messages section but when clicking the notification, it's is not showing anything, please try these steps below to resolve.

Resolution

  1. Try reloading the page by clicking SHIFT + F5 buttons.

If this doesn't resolve you can then try the following steps:

  1. Clear the browser cache and close the browser.
  2. Try rescanning Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA), ensuring browser being used is Firefox, Chrome, or Edge Legacy.
