- Unable to finish the competency due to incomplete mandatory courses displayed.
- Competency is not showing any courses.
- One mandatory course in Competency is not displayed.
Try the troubleshooting tips below as this sometimes occur due to website technical issues:
- Clear cache and cookies.
- Use a different browser (Edge*, Firefox*, and Chrome*).
- Use the Incognito* mode/Private Windows*.
If the issue persists after executing the troubleshooting tips, it needs to be coordinated with the Intel® Partner Alliance team for further resolution.
