Resolution
Microsoft Defender Security Health User Interface (UI) must be reset. Below are the steps to reset the software:
- On the search bar, type in PowerShell
- Right-click the PowerShell icon and select Run as Administrator
- Type Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage
