Delayed Sound from Bluetooth* Devices after Update

Description

After performing a windows update, the audio doesn't work appropriately. Delayed sounds using a Bluetooth speaker/headset and distorted sounds using a wired speaker.

Resolution

  1. Update the Bluetooth and Wireless drivers using the customized drivers from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Intel® generic drivers available at Download Center.
  2. Test different wireless headsets/speakers.
  3. Test different wired headsets/speakers to isolate the issue.
  4. Install the latest Audio driver.
  5. If none of these suggestions resolve your issue, contact Intel® Customer Support.
