Description
After performing a windows update, the audio doesn't work appropriately. Delayed sounds using a Bluetooth speaker/headset and distorted sounds using a wired speaker.
Resolution
- Update the Bluetooth and Wireless drivers using the customized drivers from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Intel® generic drivers available at Download Center.
- Test different wireless headsets/speakers.
- Test different wired headsets/speakers to isolate the issue.
- Install the latest Audio driver.
