Description

Built Open Model Zoo Demos application.
Downloaded Intel pre-trained models.
Ran the demo using this command:
interactive_face_detection_demo ^ --loop ^ -m "C:\Intel\face-detection-adas-0001\FP16\face-detection-adas-0001.xml"
Received error:
PdhAddCounterW() failed: unknown error

The error appears to be related to Windows* Performance Counter API, not OpenVINO™.
Refer to PdhAddCounterW function (pdh.h).
