Description
Discoloration issue with laptop screen.
Resolution
To determine if the Graphics Driver or a malfunctioning laptop screen is causing the discoloration:
- to use a different working monitor to isolate the issue
- If the issue is not replicated, advise the customer to contact the laptop manufacturer.
- If the issue persists using a different working monitor, install the latest Intel® Graphics – Windows* DCH Drivers driver 30.101.1934, 30.0.101.1660 or 15.45.34.5174 for (Intel® Graphics Driver for 6th Gen on Windows 7* and Windows 8.1*/10* 64-bit.)
- After installing the latest Intel® Graphics – Windows* DCH Drivers driver and the issue is still unresolved, contact the laptop manufacturer to get the right driver.
