I Cannot Claim My Prize from the Intel® Retail Edge Program

Description

  • Unable to claim a prize from the Intel® Retail Edge Program
  • Unable to accept the prize from text notification link received
  • Unable to use the prize code received from the Intel® Retail Edge Program
  • Unable to receive the email containing the code for the prize Intel® Retail Edge Program

Resolution

To accept the prize from the Prize Portal, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Intel® Retail Edge website.
  2. At the upper-right side of the page, click the hamburger menu (three lines).
  3. Under the Rewards category, select Prize Portal.
  4. On the next page, click Continue to the Redemption Center.
  5. Select Accept to claim your prize.

 

For further assistance with claiming a prize or using a prize code, contact Intel Customer Support and provide the following:

  • Screenshot of the prize notification received
  • Error encountered when claiming the prize

Additional information

Some prizes can be accepted by clicking a link from a text notification sent to users. If there will be an issue with the prize link, users can bypass it and attempt to manually claim the prize from the Prize Portal.
