Description
- After updating to the latest Intel® Graphics DCH Drivers, when applying any camera raw adjustments, Photoshop* Camera Raw plug-in freezes and becomes unresponsive unless the process is terminated.
- When launching Photoshop, an error message is shown saying The graphics processor has encountered an unrecoverable error. Due to a run-time error, GPU acceleration has been disabled for the remainder of the session.
- The Photoshop Camera Raw plug-in works fine with previous driver versions. For instance, 30.0.101.1121 or 27.20.100.9415.
Resolution
To resolve the problem, follow the steps below:
- Update the operating system. Refer to Update Windows*.
- Update the software and the plug-in version. Check with the developers for the latest software releases.
- Perform a Clean Installation of Intel® Graphics Drivers in Windows to install graphics driver version 30.0.101.1960 or newer.
