• Ran w_openvino_toolkit_p_2021.4.689.exe installation package.
• Encountered error: Return Code of child process: -1073741571.
• Installation window opens and closes immediately after the package was extracted.

• Download and extract OpenVINO™ Toolkit.
• Manually install OpenVINO™ Toolkit using the install.exe file:

C:\Users\<username>\Downloads\Intel\w_openvino_toolkit_p_2021.4.689_2022-02-28_15-07-38\install.exe
