Support for Marketing Development Funds (MDF)

• I can't access the MDF site at partnercenter.intel.com.
• I received an Access Denied error.
• I'm unable to submit my marketing fund claim.
• I need to check the status of a reimbursement claim I submitted.
• Am I eligible to receive Marketing Development Funds?

Intel® Partner Investment Center is the marketing fund reimbursement hub for Intel® Partner Alliance members.

Marketing Development Funds (MDF) are provided to qualifying accounts for sales and/or marketing activities promoting Intel®-based systems, products, technologies, or brands.

To be eligible for MDF, your company must be approved for the entitlement. This is done by working with your Intel account manager.

In addition, each individual at your company who will submit proposals and/or reimbursement claims must have the proper credentials to access the Partner Investment Center.

• If you are an existing MDF user, and are having issues accessing the website or adding additional users to your account, contact Intel Customer Support.
• If you are an existing MDF user, and need help with a claim, proposal, or reimbursement status, contact our Scale Engagement Team.
• If you are having Login/Azure* issues, and are unable to access any Intel webpage, submit a ticket to our Access & Entitlement team.
