Resolution
  1. Reset BIOS to default and change the following settings:

    Advanced>Processor configuration>LLC Prefetch - Disabled
    Advanced>Power and Performance>CPU P state control> Energy Efficient Turbo - Disabled
    Advanced>Power and Performance>Hardware P states - Disabled
    Advanced>Memory Configuration>Memory RAS and Perf Config >Patrol Scrub - Disabled
    Advanced>Power and Performance>CPU C state Control>Package C state - Disabled
    Advanced>Power and Performance>CPU C state Control>C1E- Disabled
    Advanced>Power and Performance>CPU C state Control> Processor C6 - Disabled

  2. Save changes and reboot your system.
