Steps to a successful warranty check for the other Intel® products option
- Intel's Online Service Center's Your Warranty Coverage tool reports an error message when trying to check warranty coverage instead of the estimated warranty date.
- Red-colored X appears on page stating Your product could not be located.
When entering your Other Intel® product markings in the Part Number and the Serial number fields and the product is not found, a red X indicates that there is an error or a mismatch in the data entered in the two fields.
- Re-type the information paying special attention to enter correct and full information in the fields.

- Scroll down to the section labeled, Pertinent information to include in the warranty request.
- Then select the Product part numbers and identifying information section.
- Select the product you are seeking support to see the product markings.

- Click the Check Products button again.
