Steps to a successful warranty check for an Intel® NUC or NUC Kit
- Intel's Online Service Center's Your Warranty Coverage tool reports an error message when trying to check warranty coverage instead of the estimated warranty date.
- Red-colored X appears on page stating Your product could not be located.
When entering NUC or NUC Kit markings in the Serial Number & SA# /AA # fields and the product is not found, a red X indicates that there is an error or a mismatch in the data entered in the two fields.
- Re-type the information paying special attention to entering correct and full information in the fields.

- Click the Check Products button again.
