Steps to a successful warranty check for Intel® Optane™ products on the Intel Online Warranty Checker tool
- Intel's Online Service Center's Your Warranty Coverage tool reports an error message when trying to check warranty coverage instead of the estimated warranty date.
- Red-colored X appears on page stating Your product could not be located.
When entering Intel® Optane™ product markings in the SN or ISN (on the drive) or in the Serial Number (on the box) fields and the tool responds with the product is not found, a red X indicates that there is an error, or a mismatch in the data entered in one of the two fields.
You are required to enter the serial number in only one of these two fields.
- Re-type the information, paying special attention to entering correct and full information in the fields.
- For help in finding product markings, view Help me identify my Intel® Optane™ Products.
- Click the Check Products button again.
