Steps to isolate the Intel® Integrated BMC Web Console access issue
Description
BMC console is not reachable from client machine.
Resolution
- Type https://, then, the IP address, before hitting Enter.
- Perform a BIOS reset through the Jumper method (BIOS default Jumper position depends on the motherboard model, so refer to the Technical product specification (TPS) for Jumper position).
- Update the BIOS to the latest version.
- Re-configure the BMC in BIOS. See How to Configure the Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) for Remote Monitoring and Control for Intel® Server Boards and Intel® Server Systems.
- If the issue still persists, generate the SysInfo Logs and contact Support with them.
