Steps to a successful warranty check for processors
- Intel's Online Service Center's Your Warranty Coverage tool reports an error message when trying to check warranty coverage instead of the estimated warranty date.
- Red-colored X appears on page stating Your product could not be located.
When entering processor markings in the Batch number (FPO) and the Serial number (ATPO) fields and the product is not found, a red X indicates that there is an error or a mismatch in the data entered in the two fields.
- Re-type the information paying special attention to enter correct and full information in the fields.

- Click the Check Products button again.
