Error message: “This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)” encountered in device manager from Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® device.
To correct the problem, reinstall the correct drivers.
Intel recommends using the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant to get the latest drivers available for your system. or download directly the Intel generic Bluethooth drivers.
If the issue persists, contact your Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to install the OEM Bluetooth driver or evaluate additional support to resolve the issue. Drivers provided by the OEM can contain specific customizations that impact a given device's functionality, so it is possible that using a generic driver from Intel could cause issues the OEM driver would not.
