Resolution
This usually happens due to the following reasons:
- You are not registered and active within the Intel® Partner Alliance program.
- Contact entitlement for Intel Partner University has not yet been granted.
Make sure you are registered for the Intel Partner Alliance Program.
For further assistance, submit a request to Intel Customer Support (login required) and provide the following for proper resolution:
- Link of the course
- Screenshot of the error message
- Email address used to log in
